[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”15px”][vc_column_text]5 June is World Environment Day<\/strong>, which focuses attention on the issue of plastic pollution and on the need for a tangible commitment by nations to protect the sea and all ecosystems both with reference to companies as well as in our daily life.<\/p>\n

The environmental issue and sustainability are topics that we care a lot about and that Patrizia Volpato<\/strong> never forgets to mention, not only through its blog or its social channels, but also for which it has undertaken a process of change<\/strong> aimed at reducing its environmental impact and at protecting the environment that surrounds us.<\/p>\n

Let us therefore take advantage of the recurrence of World Environment Day<\/strong> to express our support and our adherence to change<\/strong>. A change that starts from awareness and that advanced technologies can help<\/strong> put into practice, accelerating the transition towards a circular economy that is more respectful of the planet.<\/p>\n

For this reason, Patrizia Volpato has embraced the indications of the 2030 Agenda for sustainable development <\/strong>and promotes Open Innovation<\/em> in the production of its lighting fixtures \u2013 chandeliers, wall and floor lamps, pendant chandeliers \u2013 with the introduction, in its production processes, of new solutions that are based on innovation, digitisation and advanced technologies<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The goal is to offer lighting items<\/strong> that not only are capable of reducing waste<\/strong> and optimising energy consumption<\/strong>, but that are also compliant with a green economy.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”25px”][vc_single_image image=”120546″ img_size=”full” alignment=”center”][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

THE ECOLOGICAL AND ENERGY TRANSITION STARTS
\nFROM THE USE OF ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY<\/strong><\/h3>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”15px”][vc_column_text]Patrizia Volpato <\/strong>has begun a process of change \u2013 which is still expanding \u2013 thanks to the introduction of advanced technologies and targeted actions <\/strong>aimed at reducing waste and optimising production processes in order to ensure a significant<\/strong> reduction of its environmental impact<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Among the various actions implemented, the first concerns the reduction of all consumption<\/strong>s for sustainable lighting <\/strong>and the use of eco-friendly materials<\/strong> in packaging.<\/p>\n

The reduction of consumptions is proposed through the use of LED lights<\/strong> in all of the chandeliers<\/strong>, floor<\/strong> and table lamps<\/strong>, wall lights<\/strong> and pendant chandeliers<\/strong> of its collections<\/strong> <\/a>.<\/p>\n

LED light <\/strong>bulbs<\/strong> have a longer life<\/strong> (up to 8-10 times longer) and consume less electricity<\/strong> (up to 85% less) than traditional light bulbs, guaranteeing savings in economic terms, lower energy expenditure<\/strong> and, consequently, a lower emission of carbon dioxide<\/strong> \u2013 CO2<\/strong> \u2013 into the atmosphere.<\/p>\n

In addition to proposing LED lamps and chandeliers<\/strong>, Patrizia Volpato<\/strong> has opted for packaging<\/strong> produced with recycled or recyclable materials and FSC-certified boxes<\/strong> i.e. using wood from responsibly managed forests in compliance with rigorous environmental, social and economic standards.<\/p>\n

This orientation towards the reduction of environmental impact associated with the entire production process and the life stages of our lighting fixtures<\/strong> is expressed, in addition to the introduction of LEDs<\/strong> and eco-friendly packaging<\/strong>, with the adoption of responsible behaviour towards the environment, such as:<\/p>\n
