Rights of withdrawal

Return of goods: no items can be returned without the authorization of Patrizia Volpato S.r.l.; for each returned item, shipping fees are borne by the client; each item must be returned within 30 days from the receipt of the same item, which must be shipped undamaged and with its original packaging; after an examination by Patrizia Volpato S.r.l. there can be a total refund if no defects are detected, or else a partial refund, reduced by a curtailment corresponding to the eventual damages identified during the examination phase.

Damages of the parcel/s when arrived at their destination: the client must send one or more photos at orders@patriziavolpato.it within 48 hours from the receipt of the parcel.

Breakage of the goods: the client must send one or more photos of the broken parts found within the received parcel/s at orders@patriziavolpato.it within 15 days from the receipt of the parcel.

Complaint regarding manufacturing: the client must send one or more photos of the identified defects at orders@patriziavolpato.it within 15 days from the receipt of the parcel

Warranty of the products

Each product has a legal warranty valid for 2 years starting from the shipping date, provided that the product is used according to the usage and maintenance manual supplied together with that same product.
